How many trucks stalls and loading docks?

Doug often continues to be involved in project management all the way to moving day, piloting the client through design, architecture, engineering and permitting. He is has participated in some of the most complex transactions ever completed inEdmonton’s industrial marketplace.
In response to continuing demand for industrial land in the Edmonton region, Doug has been involved in the assembly 2,000 acres for future industrial developments in the cities of Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan as well as both Strathcona and Parkland county.
As a Partner in the industrial land team at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton, Doug is a Certified Engineering Technologist registered with the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2003, Doug worked for a number of leading civil engineering and environmental firms in Edmonton.
After demonstrating excellence in real estate sales and completing a series of marketing and financing courses, Doug was designated a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in Chicago. He recently earned his SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors in Washington, D.C.
John was a partner with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton since 1994 and leader of its IndustrialEdmonton.com team. John began his career as a commercial real estate broker in 1977, and focused on industrial real estate since the early 1980s. He was the first broker in Edmonton to receive the Specialist, Industrial and Office Real Estate (SIOR) designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
John passed away on August 31, 2016 and is missed by many family, friends, clients and staff.
